Under the terms of the preferred agreement, SED International will support the introduction of the Magneat consumer audio and digital music player accessory product line to more than 10,000 resellers in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. SED will also manage fulfillment and logistics to brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retailers.
