Rhythmic Gymnastics, the most beautiful sport for women, became an Olympic sport in 1984. It combines grace and flexibility with athletic skills and small apparatus handling in routines choreographed to music. Rhythmic gymnasts use the ball, hoop, rope, clubs or ribbon in breathtaking combinations of throws and catches while executing leaps, turns, and flexibility moves.

Rhythmic Dreams offers classes in Rhythmic Gymnastics for all levels as well as a full day Summer program. To find out more about the sport and details about this event, please visit: http://www.rhythmicdreams.com or call 617-233-4493.
