Crema Restaurante is throwing an anniversary party and is inviting their fans, customers, and community to come and celebrate with them. The party will take place March 31, 2012 at 10 pm at the restaurant (111 West 17th Street).
To foster the festivities, Crema will be serving complimentary appetizer and conduct a late night happy hour. The happy hour will be from 10 pm onwards and will include half price beer, wine, and the signature house margaritamade with fresh squeezed lime juice.
In addition, Kanutto Garabatto will be performing his flamenco acoustic rock show. There is no cover charge for the performance and three sets will be played throughout the evening.
This event promises to be a good time for all who attend.
ABOUT Crema Restaurante: Opened March 2006, Crema is located in the popular Chelsea district in Manhattan. Cremas Mexican designer transformed the interior space, playing with traditional Mexican colors and textures in a modern New York way. Crema has received many honors including being listed by OpenTable as the top Mexican restaurant in New York and being rated by Zagat Restaurant Guide as one of the top Mexican cuisines in the city.
ABOUT Chef Julieta Ballesteros: Chef Julieta hails from Monterrey, Mexico and was trained at New York’s French Culinary Institute. She fuses traditional Mexican cuisine with a beautiful French presentation. This Zagat listed celebrity chef has created a Michelin rated Chelsea hot spot that is refined and fun. Crema’s interior plays with traditional Mexican colors and textures in a modern New York way. The original paintings on display were custom created for the space by the celebrated artist and mother of the chef, del Bosque.
ABOUT KANUTTO GARABATTO: Kanutto Garabatto is a Spanish rock and flamenco singer/songwriter from Santa Fe, Argentina. His band GARABATTO has played various clubs and spaces in the New York music scene. In 2010, this young singer decided to pursue a solo career and debuted in Corcho Wine Room, singing a unique blend of sounds from many genres, including rock and flamenco. Garabatto Kanutto is currently recording his first album in which will include 11 songs of his own authorship.
