La funcionaria aclaró que “el mercado de la cultura no fue ajeno al fenómeno de liberalización y concentración que se impuso a partir de los 90. Los pequeños productores de la industria editorial y discográfica encuentran serias dificultades en un mercado altamente concentrado, no sólo en la fase de producción sino también en la de distribución y exhibición de sus productos”.
